I’m Caitlin Mittle, a full-time REALTOR® with 15 years of experience helping buyers and sellers in and around Lexington, KY and throughout Central Kentucky. I love helping people buy and sell homes and take pride in getting to know my clients personally, understanding their goals, and guiding them through each step of the process. Communication and being available to you is extremely important to me!

As a wife and mom, I understand that a home is more than a property—it’s where families grow, make memories, build their lives and leaves a legacy. I love helping sellers, buyers, growing families, downsizing, estates, and those relocating to the Lexington, Versailles, Nicholasville, Georgetown, Frankfort and Central Kentucky area.
I also have a passion and expertise in Kentucky horse farms, equestrian properties & hobby farms. With more than 25 years of experience in the equine industry, including training, riding, and showing horses, I understand the lifestyle and the details that matter when buying or selling a farm, acreage, or equestrian property.
Coming from a military family, I’m also passionate about helping veterans, active-duty service members, and military families with their real estate and relocation needs. I’m a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), as well as a USAA and Navy Federal member.
