"Caitlin is top notch at what she does. I can’t recommend her enough as she navigated the whole process of selling our house. The market was not what it was when we bought and sold our last house so I am very glad we decided to use her because if we did not then our house would have sat on the market much longer. She thrives in situations where things can get difficult and doesn’t just sit if there is no traction. We ended up staging certain areas of our house that may have looked a little outdated previously and sold it shortly after. Make sure to choose a realtor that will be proactive and that knows their market. Caitlin is outstanding in every way."
